The 2024 CNY Gay 5K is a community-run, family-friendly event designed to celebrate our Central New York community and raise funds for our local LGBTIA+ non-profit, SAGE Upstate. You can run it, skip it, walk it, dance it or sashay all the way. Will be held both in-person and virtually. In 2023 we raised over $19,000 for SAGE Upstate!
